Jess - Graphic Designer
Hola! I’m Jess.
A die-hard 90’s gal hailing from Sydney, my work is heavily inspired and influenced by the decade in which I was born and the vibrant colours, textures and energy of my overseas home of five years, Oaxaca, Mexico.
I’m one half of Mexican-based projects, Eucalipto Studio and CERAMICUPS, and all of Walls Of Oaxaca.
Tiny - CEO
Our newly appointed CEO, Tiny, enjoys belly rubs, going absolutely ham on rug tassels and daytime naps in a basket overlooking the office to monitor team productivity levels.
Tiny was recently adopted from our glorious charity partner, Teo Tails. She was rescued after being hit by a car which left her with an injury resulting in the amputation of one of her legs. Despite this handicap, she remains the most agile and energetic teammate.
Squink - Head Of Snacks
The team’s trusty Head of Snacks and this month’s voted MVP (Most Valuable Pup), Squink keeps team morale high—especially at 3 pm when everyone else is crashing. She likes road trips to the mountains or beach, her human friends in Oaxaca, and licking your midriff when you’re not looking.
Squink is also a Teo Tails success story.

I collaborate with a global team of slick writers, savvy graphic designers, photographers, videographers, motion designers and dazzling developers to tailor your project across multiple platforms.
I work with socially responsible brands that give a sh*t about the earth and its inhabitants as much as I do.

Intuition
My work is researched, considered and tested, but my gut guides me. I put heart and emotion into strategies because (a) I can't help being a softy and (b) emotionally-invested customers are more loyal, spend more and advocate for the brands they have an emotional connection with than those they don't.
Impact
I’m here to make a difference for brands that want to make a difference. Preparing your brand for scalable success in an ever-evolving landscape is at the forefront of everything I do. I plan, design and execute creative to educate and inspire action from audiences.
Play
We all know life can be intense. It's messy, stressful, unpredictable and constantly throwing "unprecedented" scenarios our way. But who says you can't do good and be silly simultaneously? I love building brands that are uplifting, inspiring, and, you guessed it—playful.
